Accounts

The Accounts screen shows every Nettica account you belong to, grouped by organization. Within each account group admins see the full member list — every user who has been invited to share that account's networks and devices. Users may only see themselves in an account.

Open Accounts in the Nettica app →

Searching Members

Tap the search icon in the app bar and type to filter the member list by name or email address. Members that do not match disappear as you type. Clear the field to show everyone again.

Viewing and Editing a Member

Tap any member row to open the edit dialog. The fields shown are:

You can always edit your own name and profile picture, even if you are not an admin. Only admins and owners can change another member's role or status.

Uploading a Profile Picture

In the edit dialog, tap the upload icon next to the profile picture URL field. On mobile devices the system photo picker opens; on Windows and Linux a file picker appears. The image is cropped to a square and resized to 80 × 80 pixels before being stored as a base64-encoded PNG on the server.

Inviting a New Member

If you are an admin or owner on at least one account, a floating action button labeled invite (person-plus icon) appears at the bottom right. Tap it to open the invite dialog:

Tap invite to send the invitation. The new member appears in the list with a Pending status until they accept.

If you manage multiple accounts, the account selector in the invite dialog remembers your last choice, so you do not have to re-select it for each invite.

Removing a Member

Swipe a member row to the left to reveal the delete action, then confirm in the dialog that appears. You can also tap a member and use the delete button inside the edit dialog.

The account owner cannot be removed via swipe — the owner row is not dismissible. As the owner of an account, to close the account entirely, remove all members, networks, services, and devices, then delete it from settings (on the main menu). Contact Nettica support if you need assistance.

Removing a member revokes their access to all networks and devices in that account immediately.

Pull Down to Refresh

Pull the member list downward and release to re-fetch the latest account membership data from the server.
